    Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

    To be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

    Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or hygiene products, dangerous materials or substances, flammable liquids or gases.

    Other non-returnable items:
    * Gift certificates
    * Downloadable software
    * Certain health and personal care products

    To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
    You cannot return your purchase to the manufacturer.

    In some cases, only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)
    * Books with obvious signs of use
    * CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
    *Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
    * Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    Refund (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund was approved or denied.
    If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

    Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
    Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
    If you have followed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at creulyinfo@gmail.com.
    Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
    Only items sold at regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, this does not apply to sale or promotional items.


    We only exchange items that are originally defective or damaged. If you would like to replace your item with the same one, please email us at creulyinfo@gmail.com and send your item to: 11 rue Marius Briata apt 102, Marseille, provence alpes Côte d'Azur, 13012, France.


    Shipping costs related to returning the item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

    The time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

    If you are sending an item worth more than 75 euros, we recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
